The QA Engineer (AI/ML and Product   Focus) is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of AI/ML   models, product and systems. This role will develop and execute test plans,   identify and report defects, and work closely with product manager,   engineering manager and data scientists/machine learning engineers to improve   the quality of AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong   understanding of software testing principles, it will be additional   advantages if the candidate have basic understanding of AI/ML concepts.

· Software Testing Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

· Test Automation Tools (Selenium, JUnit, Pytest)

· Defect Tracking Systems (Jira, Bugzilla)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· (++) Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts

· (++) Programming skills (Python, Java)

· Develop and execute test plans for AI/ML Product, models   and systems.

· Identify and report defects.

· Work closely with product manager, engineering   manager, data scientists and machine learning engineers to resolve defects.

· Automate testing processes.

· Develop and maintain test data.

· Participate in code reviews.

· Ensure that AI Features meet quality standards and   regulatory requirements.

· Ensure that AI/ML systems meet quality standards and   regulatory requirements.

· Contribute to the development of testing best   practices.

· Perform   performance testing and scalability testing of AI/ML product and systems.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,   or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in software testing.

· Strong understanding of software testing   methodologies and test automation tools.

· Experience testing AI/ML models and systems is a plus.

· Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts is a plus

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· ISTQB   certification is a plus.
